Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 8, 2026 | Policy version: PP-2026-09-08-v2

1. Who we are

Synerwise LLC operates 5D Learning. 5D is a parent-directed homeschool planning and learning-support service for households with children in Pre-K through grade 12. It is not a school, accredited program, complete curriculum, medical or therapeutic service, emergency service, or legal adviser.

2. This policy and children

Parents manage the household and decide whether to add a child. Before 5D collects personal information online from a child under 13, we give the parent a direct notice and obtain verifiable parental consent. A child cannot create a household or purchase a subscription. Parents may review, correct, stop future collection of, or delete a child's information as explained below.

3. Information we collect

Information from parents: Account and contact information, subscription and billing status, household setup, curriculum links, schedules, parent notes, support messages, exports, deletion requests, and consent choices. Technical and security information such as IP address, browser, device, timestamps, session and audit events, anti-bot results, and push-notification tokens.

Information about children: Profile and sign-in information, learning and education information, Coach and Navigator information, optional voice information, and technical information associated with use. We do not require a child's personal email address.

4. How we use information

Provide and personalize the learning plan, generate AI responses, provide speech features, authenticate users, process subscriptions, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, use child information for targeted advertising, or permit behavioral advertising in child profiles.

5. AI and automated features

5D sends the learning context and messages needed for a request to an AI service provider to generate Coach and Navigator responses. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or inappropriate and should not replace a parent's judgment. 5D's policy is not to use child personal information to train public or general-purpose AI models.

6. Voice and audio

If the household turns on a voice feature, two kinds of processing can occur. To speak text aloud, the text is sent to Google Cloud Text-to-Speech. When a family member uses microphone input, the recorded audio clip is sent to Google Cloud Speech-to-Text to be transcribed, and the transcription is used in place of typed text. Audio clips are sent for transcription and are not used by 5D for any other purpose. Family voice notes, when used, are stored temporarily and are intended to disappear on the weekly schedule shown in the product.

7. How we disclose information

We disclose personal information only within the household, to service providers (Supabase, Netlify, Stripe, Anthropic, Google Cloud Text-to-Speech and Speech-to-Text, Resend, Cloudflare Turnstile, browser push services), at your direction, for legal/security reasons, or in a business transaction. 5D helps a parent organize links the parent selects.

8. Retention and deletion

Active household: We keep information needed to provide the service.

Cancelled or lapsed: The household becomes read-only and may be restored for 12 months. We warn the administrator about 60 and 30 days before scheduled deletion.

Household deletion request: The administrator must first create a complete export. A seven-day cancellation window follows. If not cancelled, the family record is deleted.

One child: A verified parent may request deletion of one child's information through a verified support ticket. Archiving a child is not deletion.

9. Parent rights and requests

After we verify the requester's identity and authority, a parent may review, correct, stop collection, or delete a child's information, or delete the whole household. Send a request to privacy@5dlearning.com from the parent email on your account.
